Record Strips obscures Big Input Meters

The big input meters are cool. I've been wishing for them for quite some time but you can hardly see them through the record strips. Why should the record strips be in front of the meters? If they were behind the meters you could still see them clearly since they are so much wider than the meters.

depends on the alpha setting for the record strip in the colour scheme ... just open up the colour editor ... scroll down to 'record strip' and adjust the alpha downwards i little untill the strip becomes translucent enough to see the level meters clearly through ...

I had messed with the colors but hadn't turned the alpha down real low. That helps alot. I still think the meters should have been in front of the record strip. Since the record strip is already so much wider than the meters, any combination of colors would work without obscuring either. I am surprized it wasn't corrected in the Beta stage since the default colors almost completely obscure the big meters. I guess the Beta testers tested out the new color editor before testing the new features.
