The positive part is
After some research and, instead of having lots of -as my girlfriend says - "black boxes" all over, I ended up (with the insurance money, of course), having a software based studio. Just a two screens poweful PC, a decent audio interface, biamplified studio monitors, controller keyboard and control surface. Plus software...
The most important question was, wich is the most adequated sequencer for my new situation?
You all know the answer.
And that`s what, in my humble opinion as a former Sonar/Cubase user, really makes the difference between Tracktion and the others I know: How well and how clear plug ins are managed, and what a superior quality the final mix exported file has.
Big "pro" apps have been under develope over the years and have seen countless versions etc..But they were created under a midi hardware controlling point of view, when virtual instruments and efects didn`t exist at all, while T1/T2 fully belongs to the plug in era.
Still has to grow (hopefully with all our feedback, still is a baby sequencer, but what a powerfull baby!
Honestly, congratulations to Jules and the developers and forum users...
