You'll have to find someone wanting to sell it, I believe not so long ago someone posted the same question in the market place and was offered it for nothing (a free license transfer) by some kind soul who was no longer using it

I believe PS-1 uses the same engine(?) as daalfa2k, and it is a collaboration,
