FR - midi note length options

I would like some options for adjusting midi note length.

For example, set all (selected) note lengths to end where next note begins.

There is an opyion to make all lengths equal, but it would be nice to have a percentage option for this.

It would be nice to be able to drag notes lengths of selected midi notes by percentage as an option.

Lastly, please please get rid of dragging note lengths when the command key (Mac) is held down. If I want to drag note lengths, that works fine with no modifier key. If I am holding the command key down, I am intending to drag a copy and that is the only thing it should do.
