I would like to dump and re-mix my old midi sequences from my O1W to tracktion 1 or 2. It was simple to dump to the O1W with omni mode. I tried setting up a rack but not sure on how to split up midi channels, if at all possible. I'm on a mac so senderela is not an option. I hope I don't have to record each channel individually.

I think, without extra software, that this may be the only option.

Hopefully someone else can offer better news though.

is there any way to export a standard MIDI file from the 01W?

No - Think this came out just before standard midi file was a standard.
