I found it on an old external drive from 2 1/2 years ago, it was the first thing I did in T. I actually used the pitch-shift to make a guitar a bass and eq'd out the weirdness. Wandering without direction and unfinished, it reminds me of Spinner girls from Grateful Dead shows long gone by.

I know it's bad, but humor me. It reminded me what a breeze of sweetness using T was at that time. I have to get back in that headspace, I can't wait for T2 to be released.

I guess I'm lucky no one threw rotten fruit

No, I get it....three spaced out sisters on 'cid or quaalude or whatever...right?

The audio quality and instrument sounds are quite pleasing. I think it's very nice, though not exactly blow-me-away impressive.

No overripe fruit was harmed in the making of this post.

I whish my first T song was as good. A nice cozy ballad, some good sound, but the bass could have a bit more glide IMO as it would fit the song better. Sorry, no rotten fruits for you this time around.

Actually organic Morning Glory micro-dots, mushroom tea and lots of ganja. Ah, those were the days.

Yeah, the bass is just one of the guitar tracks pitched and eq'd, when T2 comes out and I don't have that hiss, I'll work on it a bit maybe. I'm really a slow-ass guitar player tho.

Thanks for not throwing fruit :)

hey braj
nice to see someone having fun making music, thats wat t's bout.. it ll be nice when t2 comes out finally... so everyone can stop groundhogging the forum n get back to the music........ nice post for a change

braj: cool tune! sounds to me like a mixture of "hall & oats meets the dead". i like it. it has good spirit. it had me recalling the days of yore myself. last time i saw the dead (without jerry) was in 2002 in roanoke virginia. they were billed as T.O.O. ("the other ones"). this song is happy and it makes me want to get some place where there are spinners, krishnas, bikers, vw heads, cowboys, granolas and chicks in little tight spaghetti strap shirts made out of see thru hemp. .....ahhhhhh bliss.....

rpc9943: nice tune! according to your website, this one was on a top ten chart? cool! which one? i was thinking of radiohead when i heard this. it would sound dang near perfect if you could get the guitar in sync with the keys, pull up the hihat "a touch" in the mix and send it off for a good mastering job. that might make all the difference in the world. a great song. very reflective and introspective feeling. it has vibes of radiohead and some of these "metro sound" english bands that are out there. very nice.

hey braj, I also like your tune (played it several times), it has a happy mood in it and I honestly admire everybody who puts up their work on this forum :-) When I started in homerecording about 20 years ago, I played very similar stuff.
Um, did I just read Hall & Oates up there? They were my favorite artists when I was young, and I still consider Daryl Hall one of the best songwriters/arrangers of all time.
Gotta go now, I am spending about 6 hours a day with Tracktion these days. Of course I love it (as a former Cubase user) and I love this forum! You guys are all great!
PS- Nah, I really do NOT care about a few minor bugs, fiddling with the MIDI editor, or the price/release issues. Tracktion helps me make music so much better than everything I had before, so I am a happy user :-)
Thank you all for this forum, it's a great atmoshpere in here and great humor too

oWWW!!!

oh man, im gonna have to go find some H&O now! im jonesin' over here. i've got that one stuck in my head. :singer:

Wow, I never would have considered a H&O influence on me, I remember them but I actually don't think I ever listened to them on purpose. That's not knocking them, I just wasn't exposed really. But I was a high a lot for a long time, maybe I was a rabid fan at one time. I don't remember tho :D
