Anyone else have this happen - when importing a 24 bit wav file into T2, Tracktion doesn't complain but then the clip does not appear in the edit window. The wav files came from a Pro Tools dump (don't know if that matters).

i've never seen this before, just wondering if anyone else has?

thx - s

Are you importing within the edit window? I do this all the time and with no problems. Using the import dialogue, or dragging and dropping?

Just clicking the import button (shortcut A) and then selecting 'import and audi or midi file'

FYI, I just went back to T1 and everything worked fine. So.. I don't know if this is a bug or what but I could get the files to import with T2. - s

Mac or PC? I saw this once on a Mac but thought it was because of drag and drop. It went away though.
If you have requests for Korg VST features or changes, they are listening at https://support.korguser.net/hc/en-us/requests/new

Do these files have a time stamp (broad cast wave file)? they may be importing and then are being automatically placed at the time stamp location which might be off screen somewhere so it might apear that they are not importing.

If not, give us more information on your setup, where these fiels came from etc. so we can try and narrow down the problem.

I think you got it - I tried again and they were importing way off screen. I guess they have a time stamp? - they came from a Pro Tools export that some guy did for me from my 2 inch masters.

Thanks Ben! :D - s

Great, glad you got it sorted. PT time stamps its wavefiles so that makes sense.

For once, the phrase "it's a feature, not a bug" actually applies!
