Cinderella was a stepchild, and ModuLR named 'Senderella' after her, right? I'm wondering if ModuLR was step child or something, any other plugs on this theme ModuLR?

I'm going to go with a more generally applicable name: stepbeater.
Triplets are possible. That was one of the reasons for increasing the shift range.
