I was just thinking, it would be nice to be able to have a "global" vertical scaling on the track views. You know how to see all tracks press f9, etc. If you could acutally just zoom into all of them at once, maybe right click drag on the side view or something...

you can! shift scroll on the input region. (I actually don't find it too useful...)

yeah.. I'm aware of that one but I'd like to scroll vertically without having to move the mouse out of my working area. Always moving to the side is kinda disruptive... and since we can horizontally scroll, figured it'd be cool to vertically scroll with the mouse as well using the [ctrl] modifier. Either way, I can manage.

CTRL+Shift+up down arrows on the Mac, I think its same on PC (mine is on right now) but I'm not 100% positive. Should be something similar if it isn't the same.

...had it for a while, but set it up in T just last weekend, works very nicely as I can set it up to scroll just like I want to.
Recommended second-hand buy, If you can find it (I paid 20 eur!)

I'll definitely try and pick one up. How does programming the buttons work in T2?

ShuttlePro has it's own conf app, always available in the taskbar.
It can do keys and mouse scrollwheel things with lot's of options. It won't replace the mouse, as it's sort of a horizontal thing, but it's a very handy remote- I have a long USB extension cable, so I can record things on the other end of my table. It's also more precise and comfortable when editing clips.
