FR: Disable all plugins shortcut...possible to do?

forgive my ignorance of how this would even work.

problem could only be the returning to the state it was before when there were only some filters disabled. i would like to see something like that in the rendering options for chosen clips. that would came near to a glue clips, or stuff like that.
