Is -90db quiet enough??

yes. when the rms of your track drops to -30 anyhow...
and don't forget that this could be going onto 20 trach many of which may be quiet and you can see that it would be there buffing the detail off your mix...

I definitely cant hear it. But once you stack 25 tracks (all normalized), you can hear a very slight hiss. Ofcourse it would never be mixed like thatsidhu wrote:Can anyone actually hear -90 dB ? yes, Tracktion dithers - so if you have dithering enabled this could be it...AD80 wrote:Tracktion does dither doesnt it? I'm only working with 44.1/16bit through out.

I think its a bug: Tracktion is adding dither whether it is enabled or not.
