Hi guys,

Just a warning for anyone who thinks the crossgrade process is easy! I'm meant to have finished a keyboards session by now, but keep putting them off while I'm waiting....

I registered my B4/B4D (controller) bundle at Native Instruments - all worked fine. THEN I applied for a crossgrade at Plugorama - seemed fine (but there's no way of checking!!). THEN I contacted Rick to get him to chase my crossgrade up, and he says I'm not in the customer database. THEN I try to login to Native Instruments again, and NONE of my login details will work. So I try to change my passwords, etc - NOTHING!!

Now I'm hoping the session will wait patiently until I hear from Native Instruments, so I can THEN apply for a crossgrade, so I can THEN wait for Native Instruments again...

As you can tell, I'M NOT HAPPY!!

By the way, Rick has been fantastic through all this - his support has been impeccable. But I thought new users should know that they shouldn't assume crossgrades are a walk in the park, either.

By the way, Dan, if you get this far, can you check out the demo thing for me? After uninstalling it, and reinstalling it, the demo won't work, even after refreshing the cache. Can you try to come up with a workaround? If not, I'm gonna lose this session!
