I tried using the free Guitar Suite plug-ins (poor man's Amplitube), which is a mono-only effect. At default settings it is only coming through the left channel -- how can I move it to the center?
I am using Tracktion with an Audiophile 24/96 PCI card...
I have been spoiled with having all stereo effects up until now, I guess...
Possibly Dumb Mono VST Effect question

Mono plugs should be handled gracefully by tracktion. I don't know why your plug is giving a left channel only output.
You can use the patchbay filter to force the plug to dual mono. Just plonk a patch bay after the plug and hook the mono pin on theft to the two stereo pins on the right.
