Sometimes I wonder if it might be best not knowing, but I had a friend die at the end of university suddenly and without explanation. I never did find out how or why. It's an awful feeling, so I tend to worry about people now.

tried it again a few days ago and no-one picked up - forgot about it again but tried it once more today and now I had more luck:

I spoke to Michael and he answered that he basically quit all internet activities... (something I'm planning to do every other day without success though ) - he said he will contact you and that it's very nice of you to actually care about him in such a way!

Well I'm glad it's just that: I worry too much most of the time!

I'm sure the other people in his life will benefit greatly from his extra time. So as long as others enjoy his presence, and he's happy and healthy, it's all good.

Whew! Mystery solved. I'll post our unfinished collabs soon, hopefully after he contacts me.
