Can u assign filters by the clip instead of by the track? If so, how????

Post

Drag your filter to a clip! It appears as a wee icon that you can then click on.

Audio clips only, right now, so dragging to a MIDI clip will have no effect.

Aha, only audio....that`s why. Is that expected to work with MIDI clips? Thks Greg

BTW are u Scotish? I didn`t know what "wee" means, I looked into a small dictionary but no luck, then I asked an Irish friend that told me that`s a popular word in Scotland ........

Filters on audio clips is one of the more cool things that T enables.

Bear in mind, that the filter is only 'live' while the clip is 'live' during playback.

So if you have a long reverb tail that you want to play out for a clip - you have to make the clip long enough with a silent section, to let the tail play out - otherwise, be prepared for abrupt cutoff of the tail when the clip ends.

No, I'm not Scottish. :D I'm Canajun. (Canadian) However, we have a tendency to borrow heavily from all the cultures that make up our nation's 'personality'. I dunno why you can't drag filters to MIDI clips. Weird!
