I tried to unpack an archive (made on pc) on the mac but I got 'errors occured whilst unpacking this archive' so no go. I tried both T1 and T2; no luck.
Other people had this? Any idea for a workaround?

What version of mac OS? And how large is the archive? Is it something you can send in for testing? If its less then 10 MB or so, send it to techmail@mackie.com attention me.

I am on 10.3.9
It is actually 116 MB; is that too much for my 500mhz G3?

I had lots of trouble transferring from PC to Mac until I realised I had been using Swedish characters in some of the file names, i.e I'd been using those chars in my track names, which were used by T to generate file names. The unpacking on Mac OSX failed because of these characters, since they were converted to something truly forbidden by the Mac OS. I think it was hex values with backslashes in front of them or something. Now after banning anything but standard ASCII z-z and A-Z in my track and clip names, it works perfectly. Maybe you are using some "strange" characters somewhere...? Check the file names for the project in Windows Explorer or the Mac equivalent just to make sure. Underscores and some other extra symbols are evidently allowed by Tracktion. I shouldn't think size matters here, or at least I sent away a 61 Meg archive to my friend's Mac system the other day and he could import it all right. If all files are made up of just "plain letters" and there still is a problem there might be some other trouble. Hope this helps // Lazen

That's a good suggestion Lazen. Thanks.

Thanks Lazen and Ben for the help; however I didn't use any strange characters so it wasn't that.
I found that the archive got unpacked but I had to open it in a new project.
Since I especially exported from inside the edit (instead of the project tab) I thought I would be able to open it inside a project but I appear to have misunderstood.
