T2 available, including upgrade version. NOT a joke thread.

I have to say that I am more than happy with the way this worked out. I expressed some reticence in another thread but the upgrade price sans the extra plug-ins is more than generous. I apologize for any evil vibes I may have sent to either Mackie or Raw Materials while thinking I might not be able to get a version without the plug-ins. I am very happy.
Now I'm going to go laugh at all my friends who didn't sign up for the NFR version even after I kept telling them to do so for weeks.

Well I guess you got lucky :) I didn't get the option of upgrading via download, just the rebate. Mind you, I'm not complaining, since I got T1 free anyway. When I originally registered I did it from Australia, maybe that makes a difference.asha wrote:I logged into my.mackie.com and followed the upgrade path. Payed with VISA. Downloaded the keyfile. Registered and now it´s fully working. As simple as that...

What? Did they change in the last minute??? Any more NFR users who got through with their upgrades?

Asha, I guess you're the last lucky guy. I could only go so far to Step 3, in which there was no upgrade paths to be selected (although it said on the page that I qualify for the upgrade).
Maybe it was a bug, and now they have fixed it.
PS: I got no rebate mail. Only the upgrade mail.

Hello. How do you do this? I have traktion 1. Just bought T2. Do I download the demo first? Or what? It says it'll only work once. So I dont want to mess up. Thanks guys!

Man, I would have been happy to do that. I still only get the option for the rebate. I guess something glitched in the system, and you got lucky. I think it only fair that I be allowed to upgrade for $20 if you were! No, but seriously, I would do it like right now if I were able.asha wrote:I logged into my.mackie.com and followed the upgrade path. Payed with VISA. Downloaded the keyfile. no matter how you do it. just pay and you have access to the keyfiledownload and demo on your "mymackie" site, now and later also.
the price is THAT good that i've also updated
sadly it's still 2.0.1.4 but hopefully it will come soon
