Hi all, I was wondering if there is a VST Filter with the Low Pass & High Pass on the same controller? Like the Stylus RMX filter. So that you can use one knob/slider without having to use a sepparent switch to toggle between them.
Eg. midi values 0-63 activates & controls the low pass & midi values 64-127 cover the hi pass.
Thanks.
I would love it if you could do this with Quad Frohmage!

What I am after is a filter where the cutoff knob controls only the lowpass from hard left knob position to centre (where it gets turned off). Then only the high pass filter kicks in at knob positions centre to hard right.
Is is for my controller surface so I don't have to use a separate control for selecting between LP & HP.

he means the slider is split like this
[LPF] <----- [no filter] -----> [HPF]
if you move left from the middle it lowpasses the signal, if you move right from the middle it highpasses it...
this is on the Easy Edit page in Stylus RMX.

well bugpass is about that if you reverse the sliders.... it can either be (locut)sound(hicut) or sound(lopass)(hipass)soundjmp909 wrote:he means the slider is split like this

great. if i get time (probably not till next week) i'll get onto sorting out the Filter range and make it midi controllable.
one thing someone mentioned is that there may be some "zippering"/glitch when you switch over filters.... (it doesnt really crossfade it just switches as you go past the middle... well actually it just sticks one at Volume 0 and the other up)
let me know anyway.
bear in mind i'm learning so whilst i'm up for suggestions I cant give you any guarantee of timescale or quality
thanks
