@ Semiquaver: I've been using one for the last few hours.. it rocks!! Thanks for the tip, you might have saved my job.. :o

Anyone who's getting pains or cramps in their mouse hand should check out RollerMouse IMO

I'm still getting used to the buttons, esp when i'm holding a modifier aswell, but I'm quite sure I will get used to it, and I might even be a bit faster than I was! :) Navigating the mouse cursor is easy: I already feel like I have more control than with a mouse!

Does the :( smiley mean you have wrist pains? This thing has a USB connection, and just worked immediately I plugged it in.. my normal ps2 mouse still works aswell if I forget! Maybe you could use one at home..?

You mean a laptop with one of these built in? What make is it? I want one!

I don't know whats good for RSI.. I don't even know if that's what is making my wrist hurt or not (there's 'carpal tunnel' too..) but it was the constant reaching over for the mouse that seemed to be the problem..
