Subject, don't let it keep getting worse. If it's screwing with your nerves you can end up with irreversible damage. Trust me on this...I know from experience.
Get something like this http://www.ergopro.com/index.cfm?obj=pr ... ls&pID=439
-----------or-------this
http://www.buy.com/retail/Product.asp?s ... caid=17260
When I use a regular mouse my hand is completely numb within 5-10 minutes, and nerve pain in the fingers can get unbearable. I play several instruments but can't play any of them like I could just 6 months ago due to nerve damage. Don't let it get worse.
Good Luck,
chimmy

i get wrist problems every six months. i use a Tubigrip for a week or so and it's better, but i should certainly take some extra preventative steps...
Kick, punch, it's all in the mind.

This is what I use:

It's called a Microsoft Trackball Explorer.
It takes a few days to get used to but once you do you'll never go back to those old mousepad mice. The big ball makes precise mouse movements a lot easier.
