Factory Reset?

Anyone, is there anyway to reset the receptor back to the factory settings. I know that I will have to do all of the upgrades but I can't seem to mount it to my computer anymore? So I'm trying from a fresh start. Thanks

There is no way of resetting a Receptor to factory state without sending the Receptor or the hard drive back to Muse.
What OS are you using on your computer, Mac OS 9, Mac OS X, or Windows? Do you see your Receptor with the "Receptor Remote Control" application?
Another alternative to sending the unit back to Muse is for us to remote login into your Receptor and try to find and fix the problem. You can send me a private message, if you want to try this.
