Daft question time again boys & girls.

Just come back to using Tracktion and got the upgrade 2, why oh why did I abandon it in favour of Cubase ( ). Within minutes my creative ideas were back again.

Anyway back to the question, with the inbuilt tracktion sampler how do you export presets that you have made it. It's been so long since I've used it I have forgotten how and yes I have done the RTFM part.

Thanks

Adrian

At the bottom of the sampler part of the window there is a section for presets, where you can load, save and delete presets. I'm not sure if this is what you mean when you say you want to export the presets, but you can at least save them this way (click save and type in a name for the preset). Good luck Tracktioneering! :)

Thanks for this, however what I am after is say I make a sample map on one computer and wish to transfer it to another, or post it on the web for others to use (which will be intention eventually)

How do I go about exporting it for this use?

easiest way to do it is to make an edit with ONLY your sampler in it and save the edit out as a .trarch archive ...

... users can then open this archive and use the save preset feature to add your sampler kit to their settings file ...
