I'm looking for a room simulator that lets me position various sound sources around the room, along with various mic locations. I know Cakewalk has a room simulator like this, and there's also one built into Cool Edit / Audition, but both these only allow for a maximum of two sound sources. I want lots :)
The purpose is to simulate mic bleed -- I want to be able to put EG the bass, drums, guitar, piano, etc. around the room and then be able to hear what each player (well, each player's mic(s)) hears. It's not really practical to do this with a zillion reverbs in parallel.
The room simulation itself doesn't have to be particularly great, and VST or standalone would both be OK.

you can use some software from voxengo ( forget the name) that creates impulse files and than import it in for instance SIR

Silverspike R2 lets you move two speakers and a stereo micrphone around in a virtual room. I find this plugin is a fantastic VST reverb for room sounds. The effect is very, very realistic - just like moving real mic's around in a real room. You have control over the dry sound, the direct sound (sound reaching the mics directly), early reflections (off the walls) and then diffuse reverb. It's great for those very short, realistic rooms sounds that take away the "in your face" effect without obviously having a reverb.

Thanks Dasdeck, those look great. DLing demos.
Also thanks to blakes & greendoor -- those are great tools but I'm looking for something that would allow me to place several distinct sound sources all in one go -- rather than using one plugin per instrument. Sorry, guess I didn't explain it well.
