NUSofting releases DK+ 1.1

Both DLLs and Manual have been updated and are available for download
at login.dashsignature.com

New features:

- Selectable path for the DK+ library folder, this means that you are allowed
to move the library with all samples in any drive or drive location you like

- Selectable normalization on sample load, you can now choose to normalize or not
the samples you load while building your own kits

Bug fixes:

- Crash with message by channel 16 on some PCs
- Note Off not correctly recognized
- Track pad swapping bug in sequencer
- Other minor ones

It's nice that you do keep updating the software, but when will there be more kits and patterns released?

Also, a bit disappointed that you couldn't add the option under reverb setting to use an external effect instead of the built in one. Any chance that will come in a future release

right! please check the poll in this forum later

yes a chance for the future could be, anyway
if you plan to use DK+ for serious productions I would suggest that you simply use the separete outputs and any external effect of your choice

Of course I plan to use it for serious production - it's great!!!

The trouble with using seperate outs is you have to get into aux buses for the reverb or other effects, being able to user the sends to an external effect would be much easier.

But like I said - a really nice plugin.

Nice - just got my update too. (Had got no mail, but anyway you always find news at KVR :D ). Nice versatile dk+.

Thank you very much for the normalization, it means I can build a nice library now..... that makes the soft a fully functionnal tool in my arsenal.

I like programming patterns in it, the live pattern switching works fine, I am very pleased by DK+.

If there is one area of improvement that would be the GUI. As I already mentioned earlier, that would be nice to have a nice panel showing CURRENT PATTERN, NEXT PATTERN in big numbers for live work.

Would also like a choice of big or small pattern programming panels. The one you have now would be the small size, I would enjoy a really big one so I could distance myself a little bit from the screen when programming. An almost full size 1280*1024 screen.

Anyway thanks a lot, my money wasn't waisted on that one.... looking torwards other products you may introduce later too.

I agree, make that reverb optional, place an external send output instead. Or better, 2 external sends.
