Sample playing 'out of time' with other elements

NOTE: I THOUGHT THIS WAS FIXED BUT IT IS NOT. NOW IT IS EVEN HAPPENING WITH OTHER VST'S. THIS IS A REALLY BAD BUG...
I have reason rewired to Tracktion (tracktion is the host) have a 4/4 percussion loop from doctor rex on Track 1 and some bass from Subtractor playing back on track 2. Everything sounds great.
Then, I added an instance of Mackie's sampler that is included with T2 and placed 4 midi notes down in 1 bar to form the basic 4/4 kick beat for trance.
However, the song now sounds off-beat. Something is just not quite right. The kick sounds out of sync with the percussion loop even though it should be fine (the 4/4 percussion loop was run thru a high-pass filter to remove the kick that was underneath it playing the EXACT same pattern that I laid out for my own kick in Mackie's sampler).
Any help is appreciated. (no tempo changes have been recorded, by the way.)
Thanks!

I don't do rewire, so maybe someone else can chime in on that aspect of things, but:
do any of the tracks, either the rewire one, or the track that contains the sampler filter, have an advance offset other than zero? You can see the advance value by selecting the track and looking in the properties.
Have you tried saving the edit, closing and reopening Tracktion? Sometimes T exhibits odd timing glitches, which can be cleared by simply restarting the audio engine, or restarting the app.

That sounds buggy.
Something must be playing up there as a lot of people use T with Reason, and I don't recall seeing this come up before. Are you sure none of the tracks had an advance value other than zero? That render and live give different results suggests something somewhere is confused.

It's weird. I don't know why it's happening but I know that the kick drum should be the first beat of a drumloop in trance but that isn't how this is working out. It's about 1/16th to the right of the first beat...

Aw shite! Now, in playback it works fine because I moved the kick forward 1/16th of a bar, but now when I render, the kick is off by a 1/16th! Damn. There is a problem after all. Any work around would be appreciated.
