Can't record in T2

I've just downloaded the T2 upgrade, but I'm planning to spring for the full version when it's available in the UK.

I'm using a Spike for inputs. If I start up the Spike interface software I can hear my inputs through the monitors see the levels on the meters. However when I start T2, it all goes dead. Dragging an input to a track doesn't hook up the audio.

I'd had this issue a few times with T1 and usually restarting the device allowed me to hook up my audio again, but that doesn't fix the issue when using T2.

Any ideas?
