evenin people. Trying out Tracktion 2. Not to use the sequebncer, just to master a tune as a lot of you have endorsed finalmix. So, how the hell do I bring final mix up? I thought it would be a case of opening an audio file in tracktion and then opening finalmix. All seems a bit messy. help?

(assuming that on installation T2 sets and scans the bundled plugin folders - cant remember honestly)
1 - import your audio file into a new edit
2 - drag the 'new filter' button (top right) onto the right hand side of the track your audio is on (where you can already see 2 or 3 arrow shaped filters sitting)
3 - releasing the drag should bring up a folder tree type menu ... there SHOULD be a 'mackie plugins' folder in there ... open that up and you should see finalmix and all the other acuma / mackie plugins ... just click on the one you want ...
... that should do it ...
