new user, startup question

aftrer installing tracktion 2 on my g5, the application crashes each time i launch, tellling me that some vst failed to initialize. i have quite a few 3rd party plugins, and tracktion doesn't seem to like any of them. all locations are correct: library/audio/plugins/vst. i'm stumped. anyone have a solution or any idea how to help?

They may be coded poorly. Are they all paid for and installed recently? if you can figure out which ones are "bad," perhaps you can email the developers to find out what's up.

the plugs that have caused this are by the likes of arturia, NI, izotope, and others..all paid for and working fine in other music apps. i removed all the plugs from the vst folder and tracktion launched fine..of course this is far from an ideal solution. i'm stumped and would really appreciate some guidance.

Demo or boxed version? If it's the boxed version, I'd try just the stuff that came with it and see if that works... I'm using the T2 demo, with 10.3.9 and these plugs: Absynth 2.0, FM7, Pro-53, Albino, RMIV, ChronoX3, Sampletank 2LE, Crystal, Beast... All of these work, although Sampletank has some interface issues?? Dual G5 2.0.

found the culprit to be waves version 5.0. mackie says they know about it and it will be resolved soon. thanks everybody
