I think I would have left out a couple of songs I don't like at all (Getting Smaller for example). 'Right Where It belongs' sis just superb. That moment when it suddenly metamorphosises into a live version gives me the creeps.

Like I said, I’m definitely full of shit. I was just really trying to stimulate a response from some nin fans to gauge how people were feeling about the album. I was basically trying to keep the thread alive by trying to get a response out of people. If anything, this post has just shown all of you how much of an Idiot I am. I definitely know that. I said the production was shit. and I stand by that.
if you disagree, that merely points to either differing standards in production or a lack of your ability to determine what is quality production and what is not. if there was a production "effect" to mimic a certain style, that's understandable but still qualifies as poor production. and it did not sit well with me, nor did it achieve some sort of effect that was worth pursuing. should you like a breakdown what I found overtly unprofessional about the production quality of the album, I'd be more than happy to provide it for you.
