Waves plug-ins crashes T2 on OSX

When rescanning plugins folders after the Waves Renaissance Maxx Bundle, Tracktion just abruptly quits. Is there some kind of incompability with waves plugins?

I know waves uses some kind of 'shell' to get the same plugins to work in different versions (AU, VST etc.) Can this cause a problem?

Does anyone use any waves plug-ins with Tracktion os OS X?

it was told to me by mackie support that they are aware of the waves incompatability and they're working on it. for now, the only way to run tracktion is w/o waves in your vst folder.
