presets? what presets? rack presets may well be lost. plugin presets shouldn't have been unless you saved them all in the tracktion folder, and then deleted that folder when you unisntalled.
as for projects, again - unless you installed them in the tracktion folder, they'll all still be there.

it just dumps your user settings AFAIK ... nothing is actually lost ... you just have to reset all your associations again (or find where your .trksettings file is located and reload it manually - assuming it WASNT in your T1 folder cos if it was i guess its toast) ...
... as for projects - theyre not gone ... just not open ... reopen them and they should stay in the prjects page list fine ...

Which external editor?
If you always saved your projects in "Tracktion\projects\" (where the defaults are), then they may well be lost. But you should save them elsewhere...
If you saved your plugins in the "Tracktion\plugins" folder they may also be lost, but T1 asks you when you uninstall it whether to keep your custom settings, etc. So you should have said YES there...
Sorry for being a smartass, but I don't see where it's Tracktion's fault here...

I did tell you not to uninstall T1!
you did pay for it its yours! & now you threw it away & upset it, so its all out of spite why you lost every thing!!
Tracktion just dose not like you any more
i would recomend crossing over to sampletude or cubase or somthing less perticula about its user base
yes ron that was a joke
