Strange clip shift

I've just started noticing that any clip recorded starting at Bar 1 beat 1 gets shifted just a tad to the right when I'm done recording. IOW, when I start recording, it looks like the clip began recording at bar 1 beat 1, but after pressing stop, it starts at bar 1 beat ~1.1.
What's going on? I haven't noticed this before, and I'm not completely sure when it started.
