Whenever I change the clock rate from 44.1 to 48 kHz the sound change too to the playback rate. Even if there is no plugin loaded. The tune of the sound is different. I have notice this issue with Atmosphere and it seems to me that it is only related to Receptor, due in Nuendo does not occur.
How can avoid this issue?

Nobody can confirm this issue? Is very easy, play a C4 with Atmosphere loaded and later unload the plugin, change the clock rate to 44.1 or 48 kHz, load the plugin and play the same note. You will notice the resampled sound.
Or...am I the only one with this issue?

Plenty of people use Atmosphere with Receptor. It is very popular.
I tried and I could not hear any difference. I don't have a MIDI keyyboard connected right now, but I used the "Preview" button. I tried "C4" and "F2"
There seems to be a bug, when you change the sample rate the GUI disappear. Since I don't have a keyboard right now, I don't know if it still plays. But if I re-instantiate Atmosphere I get the same pitch at 44.1 and 48.
In the lower left corner of the GUI it says "1.00" When I click in the lower right corner where it says "powered by custom UVI engine" I see "1.7.1" in the text field kind of top left. Those are probably version numbers. Maybe you have a different version.
