While I was a bit skeptical as to whether or not T2 would be worth upgrading ($20 made that a moot point). I found the audio looping feature tobe extremely benficial (I didn't think it would be) and worth the price of the upgrade alone.

The drums were done using Jamstix. Everything else is recorded direct. I am using a Korg Pandora PX4 for the guitar amp sim/effects and using the advice provided here for the bass.
