Question day for me. I RTFM, but still cannot figure out how to setup default projects or edits in Tracktion.
Is there a way (like in every other audio program in existence) to create templates for new projects or edits that are available when you create a new project?
I am able to save an edit and then pull it into a new project, saving it in the new proj. location, but certainly there's a better way to set up templates?
Please let me know - driving me nuts.
Thanks,
MT

easiest way ...
1 - set up your template / default edit as you wish
2 - export the edit as a .trarch archive
... now each time you create a new project (i have a template project folder structure set up too - so i just copy and rename this prior to creating a new project each time so i keep the same relative structure in each project) and then rather than creating a new edit for it just import the contents of the template .trarch and youre done ...
... easy ... not the same as other sequencers do it ... but quick and easy ... and tracktionesque ...
