...and it killed T2 for me. It may be isolated to my machine, but be forewarned. All old edits of mine crash T2. I'd wait a bit before upgrading if I were you.

Hmm, I wonder what's wrong then.

I don't know, but T2 was broken already on 10.4 for me and those that do audio. Or rather it never worked on the current OSX. If an audio app is unable to read a WAV-file then it is broken. If it is a Mackie-app that fails to read a Mackie (SDR) generated WAV-file then it is even more so...braj wrote:Hmm, I wonder what's wrong then.

Hey OSX people... where the heck are your help files stored onder OSX? When I try to use help from T2... it says can't find file?? They worked with the demo, but since I loaded the real version, it's dead? Any clues... This is starting to piss me off! (Things ain't working right)...

Hey braj,
Did you repair permissions after updating? I don't know if it'll make a difference but they always recommend it.

Yep, definitely did that. It appears to be a plug-in issue. If anyone can try the Claw with a T2 edit, it should crash T2. I found my edits that had this and many other plugs crashed T2. Apple introduced changes in Core Audio with 10.4 and I think these aren't playing nice with plugins in T2.ornitholestes wrote:Hey braj,

I purchased 10.4 then found out Tassman is going to have an update to work with 10.4 and it officially doesn't at the moment, so I have not installed it yet.
I don't mind waiting a month or two so that all these sorts of glitches get worked out

Yeah, I don't blame anyone for my troubles, least of all Jules. 10.4 is a moving target and I knew this when I upgraded. My primary DAW is my Windows machine so I'm OK with it.pdxindy wrote:I purchased 10.4 then found out Tassman is going to have an update to work with 10.4 and it officially doesn't at the moment, so I have not installed it yet.
