ModuLR,

I noticed that you ported senderella to OSX. Thanks.

Would you consider porting stepchild as well?

You might recall that someone tried this before using java. It didn't work out, crashing T and creating general unstable behavior.

I'm guessing that you're using Juce. If so, wouldn't recreating the plug in Juce make it much easier to port to OS X?

Thanks for listening.

I'm starting to get in tune with juce. Unfortunately the mac end is still developing a bit slower because XCode loves to crash on me :tantrum:... but I have begun outlining a jucey stepchild.. however that's about where it stands, just and outline at the moment.

Thanks Mod.

I look forward to seeing what you come up with. The gui for stepchild is beautiful.

Despite the improvements in T2, drum editing is still far behind where it should be. A Juce version of Stepchild would fill a big gap for everyone (pc and mac).

Personally, drum editing for me is great in T2  With Stepchild, you wouldn't be able to use the line tool, right?

I wish there was a random velocity setting... That would be the bomb! The existing midi editor is fine, but if you could select a range of notes, and say randomize... (Ultrabeat in Logic) that would just about make a great drum editor anyway... That and a default (clip) edit view size...
