Adventus in T2

2 instances of adventus causing cpu blowout. Adding midi notes and playing them back (or any combination of) causes the sound to change a large amount. Not like distorting or dropping out. Something like I have added an LFO to the patch and flicked the go wild switch.
Anyone else having problems? Seems fine in FLStudio.

And also no soun d coming out of it (fairly regularly) until I open the plugin and mouse click one of the Adventus keys. Then it plays fine.

Adventus is a problem in Tracktion. I had similar problems with no sound rending from it and random program changes. And that was in T1. Seems like the problems are still there.
Try clicking 'ignore all program changes' on the midi clip. That might solve some problems for you. Otherwise, it might be worth hosting Adventus in a sub host like Energy XT.

That sounds like some good advice. Thanks. I'll check it out.audiobot202 wrote:Try clicking 'ignore all program changes' on the midi clip. That might solve some problems for you. Otherwise, it might be worth hosting Adventus in a sub host like Energy XT.

You're welcome.
I've found quite a few instruments don't like Tracktion very much. It spoils an otherwise good experience. Is there anybody else here who has similar prohlems?

Still all sorts of problems. I tried the ignore program changes with no success. I have three instances of Adventus running within eXT in T2 but there is massive CPU blowout. I tried freezing one of the eXT's but that causes the other versions of Adventus running in eXT to have no output.

Correction, even running Adventus in eXT in Tracktion I have to open each Adventus plugin before it makes any sound.

Hmmm..yes, I seem to remember that Adventus liked Tracktion the least out of all the plugs I tried. Are you using the latest version of Adventus? I know that the developer pulled the Lite version with the new release.
Can anybody provide an answer as to why Tracktion just hates certain instruments? It's not a fractional amount either..I've had conflicts with quite a lot of plugs recently.
