Hi Everyone,
Anyone know how to adjust the left and right volume levels seperately on a stereo file. Sometimes after rendering it just needs a small tweak and it would save me havng to render all the tracks again. By the way for what its worth I definitely think T2 ''Sounds''better than T1.

On a stereo signal in any host or equipment, the pan control just adjusts the balance of levels on each channel. It won't send any of the left signal to the right by panning right, it'll just make the right louder.

Alternatively, you can click on my signature, and from there navigate to the plug-ins page and download Moneo. It allows you to treat a stereo signal as two mono signals. Do NOT adjust the left/right balance though, because it WILL send some of the signal to the other channel. I can't recall offhand if it's Alt, Ctrl, or Shift, but one of those plus dragging will allow you to adjust the level only without messing up pan. Also make sure the filter section is off. ;)

The manual's not very long, give it a read, it'll tell you all. :D

Hi Greg,
Thanks for replying. Your answer has clarified the issue for me. I was nor aware that the existing pan control operated seperately on each channel. I thought it might just send the total stereo image left or right. I dont think I need Moneo that being the case but I know where to get it. Many thanks again for advice.
