I ordered T2 online on the 6th, at which time it was labelled "Usually available within 1-2 weeks" on the site. I got an order confirmation e-mail as soon as business started in the States the same day.
Although on backorder, they debited my credit card immediately - standard procedure for this company, according to their ordering info.
Exactly one week later, on the 13th, the online status shifted to "available from stock", and they sent my copy by DHL Express the same day. Curiously enough the confirmation mail about this did not arrive in my mailbox until the 17th, by which time the package had already crossed the Atlantic.
For some odd reason, DHL obviously decided not to work all that hard on tuesday, so the package did not arrive until lunchtime today the 18th. But here it is at last!
Unfortunately, although discretly labelled "document" in the shipping papers, the package did not sneak unmolested through customs. So my final cost came to
$149 + $40 shipping + $53 toll&taxes = $242
But now I HAVE THE BOX!
In short, BSW seems pretty reliable - and at least, DHL didn't loose the shipment!
