The highest form of knowledge is empathy, for it requires us to suspend our egos and live in another's world. It requires profound, purpose‐larger‐than‐the‐self kind of understanding.

I heard that there are Mac AU versions of Voxengo plug ins coming. Is that true? If so, I'm available for beta testing... :)

rockin, yes, that's true - but I just can't tell for sure when this will happen. Thanks for your offer to beta test!

Aleksey Vaneev wrote:Hink, I guess it's because AA does not support 4-input plug-ins. I can't do anything about it. On the other hand if FL Studio support 4-input plug-ins then they could report their host as having version 2300. In this case you would not need to use Force Sidech option for FL Studio use.

Thanks for your feedback on these updates.

I'm slowly updating version numbering. I've decided to change it. Now, v2.5.2 precedes v2.6 and says it is an update became available after v2.5 release. This should be much more straight-forward.
Aleksey i know this not a thing only you are doing as most developers are implementing sidechain with 4 inputs but this only works in a couple of hosts and this limits non-steiny or non-tracktion users signifficantly. I would think an implementation like the old TC Native pack would be much more versatile, more intuitive and more compatible, and with full PDC in all major hosts there would not be a problem with timing. So will ya ? :hyper: :hyper: :hyper:

I would say that most up-to-date hosts support 4 inputs. Only older programs like Logic PC won't allow this.

But I'll consider adding such 'internal' side-chain sources at some point in the future anyway. Of course, this side-chaining mode should be switched on first as it will introduce plug-in latency basically equal to soundcard buffer size.
