Maybe I'm crazy but it seemed that in T1 clips were colored automatically depending on when they were made whereas in T2 they are colored according to the track. The color by session/time I found really usefull - I wonder if there is any way to get it back...

T1 clips were coloured all exactly the same when recorded/created - red. You had to manually change them to any other colour. T2 clips are coloured by track automaticelly but you can still change them as needed.

& you can select multipule clips & then chainge the colur of all selected clips
