Rendering gets it wrong????

Three times today I've rendered a long song, and two times Tracktion did it wrong. The first time there was a huge problem with the beginning, as if the final mix mastering plug needed a second or two to catch up on things, the second time it forgot about some automation curves, so the bassline which should come in at about a minute or so started at beat one.
So is this a known problem, or do I need to find a reason for it here on my setup?

In the past I have had the odd problem where a plug-in starts with the settings it had when playback last stopped. This appeared to happen if the first automation 'break-point' was after when the plug-in was first used. Adding an automation point before this cured the problem.

The rendering problems seems to be numerous. I have to use a 3rd party program (Audio Hijack) to render my files. It's really annoying, and it's why I don't recommend Tracktion to anyone I know at this time.
Pity, it's a great piece of software

I've seen this on occasion, which is a real pain in the ass. It drives me nuts, creates aggravation, and generally makes me feel less like creating and more like setting fire to something!
Thank heavens for eXT!
