How stable is tracktion now and is there going to be a bugfix with the 'this installation of trakction has become corrupted' bug?

Tracktion (both 1&2) is the one of the most stable apps I've used. I use it on three different setups:one P4-based, one AMD Athlon XP and one Centrino Laptop.
The P4 system (with a Delta 66 soundcard) is upgraded alot (graphic card, processors, mobos), with no effect on stability.
The two other systems use onboard soundcards.

Hm I just tried to render a bassline but I got a very loud ongoing tone/noise over it and with tapeit I sometimes get small errors. I read about the rendering issues with reverb, but this seems kinda odd?
I think Mackie knows all about it, but is there a work around? Tapeit only renders in realtime, it doesn't export it without playing it
