AMG ONE/Solo demo prob in T

Not sure if this is a T thing or (more likely) a ONE/Solo thing (I posted over there too) but:

I downloaded ONE/Solo as a way of using ACID files in T2 - finally got round to trying it only to find that REX files work fine, but ACID wav will not load (I've borrowed a CD of acid files to try it out so I know it's not some dodgy online sourced file that is at fault)

I get 'Fatal Error! - File could not be loaded'

iirc someone here had tried it - anyone got any suggestions as to what might be wrong (I uninstalled, downloaded again and reinstalled and that didn't change anything)
