And the DJ jumps in "Sony? Oh dear! We might have a bit of a problem then..." Why's that? "Well, we can't change their addresses they give us. You'll have to call Sony's Customer Help Line and get them to change it for you. And they in turn will notify us of those changes. And from there we'll ship the package to you..." But, but, but - Ahhhh f**k!
So I look at the e-mail Sony had sent to confirm the shipping, and they got my address fine - minus my entry code. But I mean, how long does it take a driver to look on the board for that? And why does Sony, Yamaha, et al have to use such a joke of a courier company in Canada? For the few extra bucks for them to use UPS or Fed Ex, it would make alot more happier customers in the long run.
Burns my ass completely for what should be a simple order of a well packed small device I could pick up at my leisure at my local post office - and now all this! Thanks Sony and Purolator!
You don't need grades, just a drivers license to work for Purolater... And apparently one needs even less to hire Purolater as their representitive courier company!
