I'm not sure how easy this approach would be to emulate but it would certainly clean up the noise. If the pickups are single coil so would keeping the rhodes away from computer monitors and dimmers.The piano sound was captured directly from the harp, bypassing the passive tone control on the front panel, in order to capture the full frequency range of the instrument and minimise unwanted noise.
