'use the lower keys to play the words (1-12) and the higher ones to apply a target pitch (or create singing/chords and stuff)'
So, if I only play the low notes, I should already hear something, or do you need to play a low and high note together? The low one for the choice of the word/sound and the high one for the pitch?

it works here. If you play a low note you just here the corresponding word, if you then play a higher note at the same time, it sounds vocoded.
Not bad, quite good fun, but personally not much use to me, sorry...

) a lt so hear that.. you're using a dh granulator in there??
if high cpu, you got all yer waves on 1 file, then you can flipflop 2 dhwp2 mods to concatenate, save some cpu? :p

sorry mang im in a different time scale atm
i remembered you sayin something about using a buncha wp modules sometime back; dunno if you did it that way, but if so, you could make all yr. vowels 400 samples long and then 'frame' between them as one sample on one module, uses less cpu in wp modules. then again, wpuldn't be surprised if you did it that way, granulators et c. just aren't light processes.
fdns, can pull an example together if you need, but the key to them is that no "row" or "column" of feedback vals (eg. all fdbk going to 1, or all fdbk going from 1 to 2,3,4) sums over 10, or you'll get "the howl" :p
might help to sketch a diagram of the 'channels' in your model to get a picture of the delay time vals.. trick with mine is that since max. # of delay channels = 4 i ~'jimmy' some of it together to approximate arrangements that would require more paths.
pm me if you like :p nothing i can show you that isn't 'out there,' but fwiw. i am using a very old beta of se so will have a hard time opening other peoples' files :p
