Playing around with the demoversion I noticed this:

-When looping a midiclip, the first notes are silenced (they are positioned exactly where the clip starts) each time the loop starts over again. When copying the clip and playing all the copies instead of looping, it all works fine. Why?

-When looping for instance 4 bars of drums and bass and improvising with a leadsound over it, the leadsoundnotes are silenced each time the loop starts over again. Why? Quite annoying....

Is there a solution to these issues? If there is, I´m getting Tracktion right away...

If I understood your bug reports correctly you are experiencing a known bug with dropped first note at MIDI clips.

its a "bug" (not really, because its more a problem many vstis have with getting the "all notes off" command) that surely will be fixed. till then you can use drop_fix http://www.kvraudio.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=82772
