IS there any way to give 98SE Unicode support? Maybe T2 would run then?

Windows 2000 was business level product.

The activation crap of XP isn't that big of a deal. Seriously, works at the beginning, never thought of it since. Plus, if your internet is down, or something, it gives you 30 days I think. Yes and no. As a user, no. As a developer, yes. It's M$, it's complicated. However, in T2's case the usual kludges won't work as T2 uses, thankfully, JUCE instead of M$ frameworks. As mentioned b4 in this very thread, JUCE is now 98 Uni compatible. Actually JUCE just switches to ANSI mode when it discovers unilingual 98. I don't really know what is involved but this gives me the impression that T2 source code could be recompiled with the latest JUCE and be 98 compatible. Sounds like something Jules could knock off in an afternoon. I switched to Winxp - never looked back - it really is more stable - even properly configured, I can't remember a time when I didn't have win98 crash on me...NightStalker wrote:So - enough of the attempted funny replies, with each poster trying to out-silly the previous one. For now, I'm just going to wait patiently until Win98 support appears, and use T1 in the meantime. It's working perfectly well, and I can't remember the last time my Win98 system crashed.

the lexicon core 2 (or is it lexicon core 32) well one of those... You need the working WDM audio drivers before you can use ASIO4All and they the drivers with the lexicon don't work at all in xp or 2000.
